How we check

Where every fact comes from, and what “source checked” means.

  • Sources: only the issuer’s own public card page or the issuer’s official Guide to Benefits PDF. No blogs, forums, aggregators or memory.
  • Dated: every card shows its source link and the date we checked it (currently October 29, 2026).
  • Source checked: the issuer source states the terms (limits or triggers) for each protection we list. It describes our sourcing, not a guarantee that you are covered.
  • Partly sourced: the issuer names a protection but publishes no limits on a page we could find.
  • Not yet checked: we haven’t confirmed the card from an issuer source yet, so we show nothing rather than guess. 26 of 57 cards are in this group today.
  • Not listed: a protection that isn’t on the source we read. It may still be in your guide.
  • No ratings. We don’t score or rank cards or policies, and we publish no reviews.

Spotted something out of date? The issuer source linked on each card page is the final word.
